سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

ملاحظة: تُحتسب جميع المدد الزمنية بأيام العمل (الأحد–الخميس)، وتستثني أيام الجمعة والسبت والإجازات الرسمية.

أولاً: معالجة الطلب

تستغرق مرحلة معالجة الطلب من يوم (1) إلى ثلاثة (3) أيام عمل من تاريخ استلامه، وتشمل مراجعة الطلب والتحقق من إمكانية تنفيذه. تخضع جميع الطلبات للمراجعة قبل اعتمادها. تُرسَل تحديثات حالة الطلب تلقائياً إلى البريد الإلكتروني المسجَّل.

ثانياً: الشحن والتوصيل

بعد اكتمال معالجة الطلب واعتماده وتسليمه إلى شركة الشحن، تتراوح مدة التوصيل من سبعة (7) إلى خمسة عشر (15) يوم عمل بحسب الوجهة وشركة الشحن والظروف التشغيلية.

ثالثاً: المدفوعات

تتم معالجة المدفوعات وفق سياسات مزود خدمة الدفع المستخدم وإجراءاته الخاصة. لا يتحمل المتجر أي مسؤولية عن أي تأخير أو نزاع ينشأ من طرف مزود الخدمة.

رابعاً: تتبع الشحنة

يُرسَل رقم التتبع تلقائياً إلى البريد الإلكتروني المسجَّل فور إصداره من شركة الشحن.

خامساً: الشحن المجاني

الشحن مجاني على جميع الطلبات داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.

سادساً: حالات عدم الاستلام

لا يتحمل المتجر أي مسؤولية عن تعذّر التوصيل الناجم عن: خطأ في بيانات العنوان المقدَّمة، عدم استجابة العميل لشركة الشحن، رفض العميل استلام الشحنة، غياب المستلم المتكرر، أو انتهاء مهلة الاحتفاظ لدى شركة الشحن.

في جميع هذه الحالات، تقع رسوم الشحن على عاتق العميل حصراً. عند طلب إعادة الإرسال، يتحمل العميل جميع رسوم إعادة الشحن الفعلية. يجوز للمتجر خصم التكاليف الفعلية الموثَّقة من أي مبلغ مستحق للعميل، مع إتاحة المستندات عند الطلب، وبما لا يخالف الأنظمة.

سابعاً: التأخر لأسباب قهرية

لا يتحمل المتجر مسؤولية التأخر الناجم عن كوارث طبيعية أو قرارات حكومية أو اضطرابات شركات الشحن. يُبادَر بإشعار العميل فور العلم بمثل هذه الحالات.

ثامناً: نطاق الشحن

الشحن متاح حالياً داخل المملكة العربية السعودية فقط.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Note: All timeframes are calculated in business days (Sunday to Thursday), excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and official public holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. Order Processing

Order processing takes between one (1) and three (3) business days from the date the order is received, encompassing order review and fulfillment verification. All orders are subject to review and approval prior to dispatch. Automated status notifications are sent to the registered email address.

2. Shipping and Delivery Timeline

Following order approval and handover to the shipping carrier, delivery takes between seven (7) and fifteen (15) business days, depending on the destination, carrier, and operational conditions.

3. Payments

Payment processing is carried out by the payment service provider in accordance with its own policies and procedures. The store accepts no liability for any delay or dispute arising from the service provider.

4. Shipment Tracking

A tracking number is automatically sent to the registered email address upon issuance by the shipping carrier.

5. Free Shipping

Shipping is complimentary on all orders delivered within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

6. Failed Delivery

The store bears no liability for failed deliveries resulting from: incorrect delivery address, customer failure to respond to the carrier, customer refusal of the shipment, repeated recipient absence, or expiry of the carrier's retention period.

In all such cases, all carrier fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Re-dispatch fees and any additional carrier charges are borne entirely by the customer. Documented actual costs may be deducted from any amount due to the customer, with supporting documentation available upon request, to the extent permitted by applicable regulations.

7. Force Majeure

The store is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, governmental directives, or carrier disruptions. The customer will be notified promptly upon the store becoming aware of such circumstances.

8. Shipping Coverage

Shipping is currently available within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
