سياسة الخصوصية وحماية البيانات

تلتزم Nice Top Teck بحماية بيانات عملائها وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL) ولوائحه التنفيذية.

أولاً: البيانات التي نجمعها

  • الاسم ورقم الجوال والبريد الإلكتروني.
  • عنوان الشحن.
  • بيانات الدفع — تعالجها مزودو خدمة الدفع المرخّصون مباشرةً؛ لا يُخزّن المتجر معلومات البطاقات المصرفية.
  • بيانات التصفح والاستخدام لتحسين تجربة الموقع.

ثانياً: ملفات تعريف الارتباط

يستخدم الموقع ملفات تعريف الارتباط لضمان عمل الوظائف الأساسية وتحسين تجربة التصفح وفق الممارسات والأنظمة المعمول بها.

ثالثاً: أغراض جمع البيانات

  • معالجة الطلبات وتنسيق التوصيل.
  • تحسين تجربة التسوق.
  • الامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية.

رابعاً: مشاركة البيانات

لا تُباع بيانات العملاء ولا تُؤجَّر. يُشارَك الحد الأدنى الضروري فقط مع شركات التوصيل ومزودي خدمة الدفع والجهات النظامية عند الحاجة القانونية الموثَّقة.

خامساً: مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

تُحتفظ بالبيانات للمدة الضرورية لتحقيق الأغراض المذكورة ووفق ما تقتضيه الأنظمة. لا تزيد المدة الاعتيادية عن خمس (5) سنوات من تاريخ آخر معاملة إلا إذا اقتضى النظام خلاف ذلك.

سادساً: حقوق أصحاب البيانات

يكفل نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPL) لأصحاب البيانات حقوقاً تشمل الاطلاع والتصحيح والحذف وإلغاء الاشتراك في التسويق. تُمارَس هذه الحقوق عبر info@nicetopteck.com وتُعالَج وفق الإجراءات والمدد المقررة في النظام. كما يحق تقديم شكوى لدى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).

Privacy and Data Protection Policy

Nice Top Teck is committed to protecting customer data in accordance with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.

1. Data We Collect

  • Full name, mobile number, and email address.
  • Shipping address.
  • Payment data — processed directly by licensed payment service providers; the store does not store card information.
  • Browsing and usage data to improve the shopping experience.

2. Cookies

The website uses cookies to ensure essential functionality and enhance the browsing experience in accordance with applicable practices and regulations.

3. Purposes of Data Collection

  • Processing orders and coordinating delivery.
  • Improving the shopping experience.
  • Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

4. Data Sharing

Customer data is never sold or rented. Only the minimum necessary data is shared with delivery companies, payment service providers, and regulatory authorities when legally required and documented.

5. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the stated purposes and comply with applicable regulations. The standard retention period does not exceed five (5) years from the last transaction, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Data Subject Rights

The PDPL grants data subjects rights including access, correction, deletion, and marketing opt-out. These rights may be exercised via info@nicetopteck.com and are handled in accordance with the procedures and timeframes prescribed by law. Complaints may also be submitted to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
