إخلاء المسؤولية وحدود الالتزام
أولاً: توفر المنتجات
يعتمد توفر المنتجات على توافرها لدى الجهات الموردة المعتمدة. تخضع جميع الطلبات للمراجعة قبل اعتمادها. في حال تعذّر تأكيد أي طلب، يُشعَر العميل وتُعاد أي مبالغ مستحقة دون تأخير.
ثانياً: اختلاف الألوان
قد تختلف ألوان المنتجات طفيفاً بسبب إعدادات الشاشات. لا يُعدّ الاختلاف الطفيف في اللون سبباً للاسترجاع ما لم تكن المواصفات مختلفة اختلافاً جوهرياً.
ثالثاً: حدود المسؤولية
لا يتحمل المتجر المسؤولية عن: الأضرار غير المباشرة، الانقطاعات التقنية الخارجة عن سيطرته، التأخر بسبب ظروف قهرية، أو الخسائر الناجمة عن معلومات خاطئة قدّمها العميل. يُحدَّد الحد الأقصى للمسؤولية بـقيمة المنتج المُشترى.
رابعاً: الجهات الخارجية
لا يتحمل المتجر مسؤولية شروط أو سياسات شركات الشحن أو مزودي خدمات الدفع أو أي جهة خارجية. تخضع تلك الخدمات لاتفاقيات مستقلة بين العميل ومقدّم الخدمة.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
1. Product Availability
Product availability depends on supply from approved sourcing partners. All orders are subject to review and approval. If an order cannot be confirmed, the customer is notified and any amounts due are returned without delay.
2. Color Variations
Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. Minor color differences do not constitute grounds for a return unless specifications materially differ from what was advertised.
3. Limitation of Liability
The store is not liable for: indirect damages from product use, technical interruptions beyond its control, force majeure delays, or losses from inaccurate customer information. Maximum store liability in all circumstances is limited to the value of the purchased product.
4. Third-Party Providers
The store bears no responsibility for the terms or policies of shipping companies, payment service providers, or any third party. Those services are governed by independent agreements between the customer and the respective provider.
