سياسة إلغاء الطلب
أولاً: الإلغاء قبل إشعار الشحن
يمكن إلغاء الطلب دون أي رسوم قبل صدور إشعار تأكيد الشحن. راسلنا فوراً على info@nicetopteck.com بذكر رقم الطلب.
ثانياً: الإلغاء بعد إشعار الشحن
بعد إصدار رقم التتبع، لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب. يمكن تقديم طلب استرجاع بعد الاستلام وفق سياسة الاسترجاع.
ثالثاً: رد المبلغ عند الإلغاء
تتم معالجة الاسترداد وفق سياسة مزود خدمة الدفع وإجراءاته. لا يتحمل المتجر مسؤولية مدد الاسترداد المتبعة من طرف مزود الخدمة.
رابعاً: حق المتجر في الاعتذار عن تنفيذ الطلب
يحتفظ المتجر بحق الاعتذار عن تنفيذ أي طلب وإعادة أي مبالغ مستحقة في حال تعذّر التحقق من إمكانية تنفيذه أو تسليمه. يُبلَّغ العميل في مثل هذه الحالات.

Order Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Before Shipping Confirmation
Orders may be cancelled at no charge prior to the issuance of a shipping confirmation. Contact us immediately at info@nicetopteck.com with your order number.
2. Cancellation After Shipping Confirmation
Once a tracking number has been issued, cancellation is no longer possible. A return request may be submitted upon delivery per the Returns Policy.
3. Refunds Upon Cancellation
Refunds are processed in accordance with the payment service provider's policies and procedures. The store accepts no responsibility for refund timelines set by the provider.
4. Store's Right to Decline an Order
The store reserves the right to decline any order and return any amounts due if fulfillment or delivery cannot be verified. The customer will be notified accordingly.
