باستخدامك هذا المتجر أو إتمامك عملية شراء، فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إن كنت لا توافق، يُرجى عدم الاستخدام.

 

 •         يُعدّ طلبك عرضًا مبدئيًا ولا يُبرم العقد إلا بعد تأكيد المتجر وإخطارك به. لا يُسحب المبلغ إلا بعد التأكيد وتجهيز الطلب للشحن. يحق للمتجر رفض أي طلب مع إعادة ما سُدِّد كاملًا. الأسعار شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة وقابلة للتعديل دون إشعار مسبق، وتسري التعديلات على الطلبات الجديدة فقط.

•         لا يتحمل المتجر مسؤولية أي ضرر غير مباشر ناتج عن استخدام المنتجات. قد تختلف ألوان المنتجات قليلًا بسبب اختلاف إعدادات الشاشة. في حال تعذّر تنفيذ الطلب، يُعاد المبلغ كاملًا. محتوى المتجر محمي ولا يُنسخ أو يُوزَّع دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

 •         تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص الجهات القضائية السعودية بالفصل في أي نزاع. يحق للمتجر تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت؛ واستمرارك في الاستخدام يُعدّ موافقةً على التعديلات.

•       Your order is a preliminary offer; a binding contract is formed only upon the store's confirmation and notification. Payment is charged only after confirmation and shipment preparation. The store may decline any order with a full refund. Prices include VAT and may change without prior notice; changes apply to new orders only.

•       The store is not liable for indirect damages from product use. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. If an order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued. Store content is protected and may not be copied or distributed without prior written permission.

•       These terms are governed by Saudi law; Saudi courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. The store may amend these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
