Refund policy

يحق لك إرجاع المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام في الحالات التالية:

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    •         المنتج لا يطابق الوصف أو المواصفات المعلنة.

 

شروط الإرجاع: يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية غير المستخدمة، بتغليفه الأصلي، مع إرفاق إثبات الشراء.

الحالات غير المشمولة: المنتجات المستخدمة أو التالفة بسبب سوء الاستخدام، المنتجات الشخصية أو القابلة للتلف، والطلبات المقدَّمة بعد انتهاء مدة السبعة أيام.

 

للإرجاع، تواصل معنا خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام مع إرسال صور واضحة للمشكلة. سيُعالَج طلبك خلال يوم إلى 3 أيام عمل، ويُعاد المبلغ عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.

 

يمكن إلغاء الطلب قبل تجهيزه للشحن. بعد الشحن تُطبَّق سياسة الإرجاع أعلاه.

You may return a product within 7 days of receipt in the following cases:

•       The product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

•       The product does not match the published description or specifications.

 

Return Conditions: The product must be unused and in its original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Non-Eligible Cases: Used or misuse-damaged products, personal-use or perishable items, and requests submitted after the 7-day period.

 

To return, contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos of the issue. Your request will be processed within 1 to 3 business days and the refund issued via the original payment method.

 

Orders may be cancelled before shipment preparation. After shipment, the return policy above applies.
